We have a couple dog crates but this one wins the prize! The wooden top makes it look like a nice addition to our family room. Puppy likes it and so do we.
Overall, I found this quite easy to assemble. And once assembled it feels very stable and sturdy. The metal components really give it some decent weight. But it's not too heavy to be overly cumbersome to handle. It's more the size that makes it a little awkward to handle, but I found it was moveable with one person. (Depends on the person I suppose). The black and wood grain aesthetic is a very nice look. It does have a fairly common color scheme t hat is used on a lot of furniture pieces, so I did already have a few things that honestly look like they're all a part of a matching set with this piece too.I appreciate that there are 3 doors (4 if you count the front as 2). But it's nice to be able to access the interior from any of those 3 sides. It's easy to lock and unlock. It's a unique piece of furniture. I'd honestly never considered the combination of a crate and shelf prior to coming across this one. But it's a pretty nice combination that makes it convenient to store a lot of necessary items atop the crate. However, I would a void placing unstable or fragile things up top given all the potential movement. (Though I would again note, it's quite a stable setup).Overall pleased with this addition. It's unique, looks nice, and serves a number of purposes. The accessibility is great, and it wasn't difficult to put together and move alone. Received a lot of compliments already, and people interested in picking up their own.Likes:- Quite a sturdy build. It feels very planted and stable.- Quite easy to build.- Multiple doors, and they're all easily lockable / unlockable.- The black and wood grain styling is a nice overall aesthetic.- It's a unique piece of furniture to begin with. I had not really considered a crate and shelf combination prior to stumbling across this one. It is rather nice to keep relevant things stored up top.- Looks great.Dislikes:- Can be a little bit iffy to place certain things atop the shelves, as they can be shaken off. I avoid anything fragile or unstable up there.- Honestly, not sure why the soft material drawers rather than some proper ones with the same materials as the rest of the setup.
Pretty nicely designed. Something I can actually nod my head to for engineering a product that works. Very heavy duty and definitely roomy. Comes shipped flat and with just the right amount of packaging so you're not filling your entire garbage can with it. Once out of the box it took less than 5 minutes to pop it open and ready to go. Our dog took to it no problem. Didn't even have to coach her into it. Good product.
Its a beautiful crate, it’s sturdy and easy to assembly. Nice size and it arrive in good condition.
Very easy to set up ..great size for our Pitt bull … great value for the money spent… seems durable and sturdy and I must say I like how it compliments our house
